What matters more is the door that faces outward or downward — a ground-floor unit with its own gate onto a service road, a garage door that leads directly into the house, a patio slider onto a common garden that anybody in the complex can walk across. Those are the ones worth hardening, and they are frequently the ones running the weakest hardware in the whole unit. A lock change on two doors that matter beats a new cylinder on six that do not.
Electronics are genuinely useful in this setting. A keypad or a coded cylinder means no more physical keys handed to a cleaner or a dog walker, and a code you can withdraw the same afternoon.
